Fried rice is one of everyone’s favorite foods.
Fried rice could be found in almost everywhere in the world, with different ingredients that makes it special for every country. It’s a dish everyone could make! When mom has no idea for the leftover rice, we usually turn it into fried rice with anything we find inside our fridge. Rice is one of the best ingredients in the world to be combined with almost anything.
Hola!
Hehe.
(Today, my favorite group’s Live Tour DVD is finally released. One of the
songs in the setlist titled Parapara Chahan, a song which always successfully
makes me hungry over the chahan. From the DVD trailer, they brought the kitchen
utensils and ingredients for the performance, can’t wait to watch it yeah)
Jadi,
jadikan 2 post terpisah.
(So,
for celebrating this DVD release, I will share Parapara Chahan recipes,
which I’ve tried successfully. The recipes are from internet, both in English
and Japanese. Since there are so many recipes, I finally found the 2 different recipes,
which I will post them separately later)

Tapi
apa sih sebenarnya Parapara Chahan itu?
Chahan
(But,
what is Parapara Chahan?
Chahan
is originally a Chinese dish which got adapted into Japanese cuisine. Since it uses Japanese
rice which is the short grain one and absorbs water quickly, the rice has sticky
texture. Then we have Parapara Chahan
where parapara means crumbly texture, the rice isn’t soggy. One website mentioned it's not oily)
(Since
my usual rice has sticky texture and soggy, the Parapara Chahan recipes really
help me)
